I dropped in yesterday at the Loganholme facility and the gentleman on the front counter was exceptional! Very helpful, suggested purchasing packs rather than individual boxes etc and even carried and placed all the items in my vehicle, I didn t have to lift a finger. I didn t get his name but he is a real asset to Storage King....

The service I got from this store was exceptional. Danielle and Julie were brilliant. I placed an order online for delivery. I had a follow up phone call immediately and the order was delivered within the hour. We shop there again. Thanks for making this shop a pleasure. Customer service these days is just about a thing of the past. But not at this store!
